The PR YMCA is an all inclusive Fitness Center where we try to provide fitness programs for all ages. We offer fun and strenuous paid programs for toddlers, teenagers and women. WOW is a resistance training program for women, introducing them to weight training. Our teenage lifting program is great for teaching proper technique for youth to carry over to sports and other physical activities.
Fitness is important at all ages. As children, fitness is as simple as walking and climbing, as seniors we return to lower impact activities. Our senior fitness classes include everything you'll need while participating at your own pace. Our FOREVER FIT class includes a warm up, stretching, cardio, balance and cool down for a well rounded class anyone can participate in.
Group fitness is a great way to get a workout in without having to think or plan. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool-down. The intensity of the workout depends on the class you choose. We have a wide range of classes, from relaxation and stretching style to HIIT and Bootcamps style classes.
